"After living out-of-state for eight years and most recently in Trumbull County for five, I’ve found my home in Youngstown’s Crandall Park North neighborhood. I am consistently pleased by my quiet, tree-lined street. My neighbors are always ready with a smile and wave as they walk their dogs, and the New York Times is delivered to my doorstep!"
Heather McMahon, Crandall Park North

"The beautiful architecture, affordable homes, and proximity to retail, park, and cultural amenities made my decision to choose this neighborhood as my home. My family and I can walk to YSU football games, a variety of stores, the North Side Pool, and three playgrounds. It's only a 15 minute bicycle ride to Downtown and most of Liberty's Belmont Avenue shopping corridor is safely accessible via bike over residential streets. Three daytime and one nighttime bus routes also serve the neighborhood. Living in Crandall Park North, you can enjoy a comfortable life and reduce your carbon footprint at the same time!"
